Ride the platform around and jump over to the air vent, which will boost you up to the static platform above. From here you can jump to the next tower over where there are some more rotating platforms. Jump up to one of the rotating platforms above you and as the platform rotates, you can jump up to another platform with an orb. From here, shoot two more orange triangular switches to activate more platforms you can jump to. Climb the static tower and you can jump over to the first checkpoint (where you’ll also find an orb). To start climbing the tower, you’ll see an orange triangular switch close to ground level which you can shoot to reveal a platform you can jump on.

Release to shoot the full capacity of ammo at the enemy to receive: Isolate a single enemy (get close to them if needed) and using the Decimator, hold to target the enemy, hold and listen for the sound indicating you have achieved full lock-on of all ammunition. You must have an explosives level of at least 3 in order to shoot enough explosives ammunition to get the achievement. Now you have the decimator (although you may have found it before this point in the game), you can get an achievement specifically related to using it. Keep dropping down and taking out the officers until you get to ground level. You'll find new enemy units here medics and snipers. Do this for all the power sources to take down the forcefield, after which you can drop down into the building and take out the first officer.
